How it works

STEP 1 - Get in touch

Once you’ve had a look around and feel like we could be a good fit to work together, head over to the contact page to fill out the intake form.

Provide as much detail as you can and if you would like to send any inspiration images please DM or email them to Lucinda@madnessandmethodology.com

STEP 2 - Proposal and quote

I then send your proposal + quote for the project.

If you’re happy to move forward this is where I send you a creative brief to learn more about your project and get into the nitty gritty about what you want to achieve from your shoot and how I can best execute that. We can also jump on a call to discuss the details further.

Once you’re ready to book your shoot - you simply sign your contract and pay the required 50% deposit.

STEP 3 - Post your products

Simply post your products to the PO Box address I will provide (if using a courier I will send an alternative address for you to use) If you would like your products returned, you will need to provide a return postage envelope/package, or I can keep them for future projects.

STEP 4 - Pre-Production

Once your deposit is paid + contract signed, pre-production begins.

This includes: creation of moodboards, shot lists, prop, model and/or location sourcing, research + creative development, with information sourced from your creative brief.

After which I get your approval before going ahead with the ideas for the shoot.

STEP 5 - Production Time: SHOOT DAY!

This is where all the ideas, planning + creative juices come together.

It’s all about setting up the correct lighting, props and backdrops to style and shoot your products, either in the studio or out on location.

STEP 6 - Post-Production

After the shoot, the best images are selected, given a basic edit + collated into a gallery on Dropbox for you to view + select your favourites. (Additional images are able to be purchased and added to your invoice if you're struggling to narrow down your choices.)

Once you’ve made your selection, I do a final edit on your images in Lightroom + Photoshop.

After I have received the final payment, you will receive a new link where you can download the final, edited images on Dropbox, ready for you to showcase your products.

And you can bet I’ll be one of the first ones to click like on your post.
